Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a parking lot who ceases to carry on the running of a parking lot shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Planning Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every street held by him has been disposed of.
