Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a parking lot shall apply to the Town Planning Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Town Planning Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
