Intimation of change.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 41 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
