Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered valuer shall apply to the Tribunal in Form MGT-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
