Application for registration.—Every registered valuer carrying on the valuation of assets of a company shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form MGT-7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every balance sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
