Application for registration.—Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
