Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the toll plaza operator shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form 23 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
