Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of an explosives magazine shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
