Intimation of change.—Every cable operator shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form VI and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
