Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a sarai who ceases to carry on the keeping of a sarai shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every pledge held by him has been disposed of.
