Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of apprentices who ceases to carry on the engagement of apprentices shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
