Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for relief works who ceases to carry on the execution of relief works shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
