Surrender of certificate.—Every direct-to-home operator who ceases to carry on the provision of direct-to-home broadcasting services shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every broadcast licence held by him has been disposed of.
