Application for registration.—Every direct-to-home operator carrying on the provision of direct-to-home broadcasting services shall make an application for registration to the Press Registrar in Form VI, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
