Maintenance of premises.—Every manufacturer shall keep the premises where the manufacture of drugs is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every medical device kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the manufacture of drugs, and shall furnish to the Licensing Authority in Form 21, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
