Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these regulations shall be served on the manufacturer to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 20-B, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Licensing Authority shall record the manner and the date of service within ninety days of the service.
