Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of drugs shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 21 of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
