Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 21, within thirty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
