Correction of entries.—The State Election Commission may, on an application made in Form 17A by any owner of premises used as a polling station or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
