Intimation of change.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 6 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
