Intimation of change.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall intimate to the civil authority, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the civil authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
