Periodical return.—Every registered priest carrying on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall furnish to the Government of Uttarakhand, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form VII of every register of births received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
