Intimation of change.—Every insurance marketing firm shall intimate to the Insurance Ombudsman, in Form IRDA-6 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insurance Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
