Rule 18, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2025 [SFQ-JHN]

Report to the Government.—The Insurance Ombudsman shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of insurance marketing firms whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and publish it within fifteen days of its preparation.
