Surrender of certificate.—Every builder of a group housing scheme who ceases to carry on the construction of a group housing scheme shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every tenancy agreement held by him has been disposed of.
