Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the member shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
