Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a remotely piloted aircraft dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Director General in Form CA-2, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of aircraft then held; and the Director General shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
