Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft shall apply to the Director General in Form CA-8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Director General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
