Intimation of change.—Every coach shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form B and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
