Periodical return.—Every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall furnish to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of every lease of trust property received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for forty-five days from the date on which it is furnished.
