Application for registration.—Every owner of an aircraft carrying on the ownership of an aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-3, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every navigation aid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
