Application for registration.—Every authorised dealer carrying on dealing in foreign exchange as an authorised dealer shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form FC-4, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
