Application for registration.—Every courier agency carrying on the clearance of goods by courier shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST EWB-01, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every refund claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
