Application for registration.—Every fair price shop dealer carrying on the running of a fair price shop shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every article of food held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
