Conditions of registration.—Every fair price shop dealer shall carry on the running of a fair price shop only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every stock of foodgrains in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such stock of foodgrains for inspection on request by the Assistant Commissioner of Food Safety, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
