Application for registration.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment carrying on the provision of security services in a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Director-General in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every identity card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
