Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the corporate agent shall apply to the Tariff Advisory Committee in Form IRDA-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Tariff Advisory Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
