Surrender of certificate.—Every autonomous body receiving grants who ceases to carry on the utilisation of grants shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every voucher held by him has been disposed of.
