Safe custody.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall keep every record of proceedings to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reference of disputes to arbitration is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every record of proceedings so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Telangana within sixty days of the close of each year.
