Application for registration.—Every party to an arbitration agreement carrying on the reference of disputes to arbitration shall make an application for registration to the Government of Telangana in Form F, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of arbitration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
