Intimation of change.—Every contractor shall intimate to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in Form GFR 12-A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
