Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every adoption order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
