Report to the Government.—The Central Government shall prepare, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of statistics officers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
