Application for registration.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons carrying on the sale of poisons shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form II, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
