Application for registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application for registration to the District Collector in Form 7, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every tax receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
