Surrender of certificate.—Every third-party funder who ceases to carry on the funding of arbitral proceedings shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every mediated settlement held by him has been disposed of.
