Intimation of change.—Every operator of a gymnasium shall intimate to the Government of Haryana, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Haryana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
