Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in milk who ceases to carry on the sale of milk shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every label held by him has been disposed of.
