Surrender of certificate.—Every online gaming operator who ceases to carry on the offering of online games shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
