Application for registration.—Every company carrying on the carrying on of business by a company shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form MGT-7, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
